organisation du clan

I'm gonna talk here about the clan organisation (as the topic title tells us lol :p ).

After having spoken with the chief, we thought about make the clan like this :

The chief (of course) : his role, be a chief... lol

The shams : For the shams, their role will be to help to the clan gestion (ie cw organisation, ligue inscriptoin, internal tournament... well, gestion so .

Race master : Even if they are ranked grunt, they're considered by the best in their race by the rest of the clan. An internal tournament will be there in order to select them.
They pass the test for the newcomers, take care of the number of players present in the clan, recruit new members considering the need of the clan. Those are the testers and the recruiters. More details in recuitment.

Grunt : normal

Les peon : same as grunt , normal

yes we agreed with this with elisab et coucou , we found this good .

i would like to know if the race master will stay forever in the clan or if we will make new tournament of race master for repositionning the status

because in somes weeks it's possible to improve and to be better than the race master

we will try to organize a new tournament every month

it would be perfect ^^
