Recruitment will be like that :

A race's master will test the player who planed to come into the clan. Some (or one) obs from the clan will be present in order to evalue the player level.

If he passed the test, then the race's master will tell the chief or the shams in order to recruit him.

And if he's not agreed, then he's not agreed x).

Does the test has to be a miror?
or it just depends of the race's master whose there?

It will depend of the race's master present at the moment.

And it is the race's master who must recruit, so the one who recruits is the one who test. It seems logical ^^

yes sure, but if you want to see more micro from the one who's passing the test, you can make ne vs ud, right

Yes, sure but if he beats the one who make the test, it gets a point
after we will surely ask him to duel an ud if he's an elfe player (for exemple)

Apart that i would like to know if i can recruit if i'm not a race master (cause sometimes i'm alone on the clan channel xD )

Well, there's no problem for you to try, but still tell us who you're planning to recruit, because anyway you need shams to invite him in the clan!!
